The facility you work in has cameras monitoring every area, except the restrooms. Thus there is NO expectation of privacy in this facility. d. Computers (technology in the facility) have monitoring devices installed; the business asserts that there is no privacy in the use of such equipment, including all electronic communications. Use by computers to access offensive, obscene, pornographic discriminatory or harassing content over the Internet, is PROHIBITED. e. DRUG FREE ZONE. Our business is a drug free zone, and the business reserves the right to do random drug test of all its employees at any given time. f. TIME CLOCK. Each employee is responsible to accurately clock-in and out when working. Employees taking a lunch break need to clock-out. g. Off premises while on the time clock, requires that employees log the reason for the trip. h. Uniforms. The appropriate department uniform will be worn at all activities and on premises. i. The following questions will help to complete your tax filing for the upcoming year
You’re single and have only one job; or You’re married, have only one job, and your spouse doesn’t work; or Your wages from a second job or your spouse’s wages (or the total of both) are $1,500 or less

(Note: This may be different from the number of exemptions you claim on your tax return.)
If you have no allowances, enter "0". This is the same as question "H." or if you have additional allowances from a worksheet. Claiming "0" will take out the maximum amount of taxes per paycheck.
