We, the Coaches, managers, parents and players of the Bakersfield Dragons Squirts 'B' team would like to thank you and your staff for a great experience at the Fun in the Sun Tournament this last Labor Day Weekend. Everyone had a fantastic time.
We were very appreciative to you for working with our team on the scheduling of the games with our players being in school on the Friday of the tournament. Overall it was a "FUN" weekend.

The youth hockey programs at the San Diego Ice Area are fun and a great experience for the entire family. All the on ice staff and volunteers are friendly and know the game. They have helped my son become a better hockey player

"We have been associated with SDIA for 15 years and both my boys have started with Coach Craig and played all their hockey at SDIA. There is no better family atmosphere than at SDIA - my son with autism never would have played a team sport had it not been for this rink - under Craig Sterling and the fantatstic people at SDIA he played 8 seasons of organized hockey - truly unheard of for a kid with autism!
This rink is our extended family and we are proud to be associated with SDIA and all the fantastic people who make this a second home for all of us."

Whether you are just learning to ice skate or playing a high level of ice hockey, SDIA has the staff and coaches to help you perform. There is ample opportunity not only to learn and to improve, but to have fun in a friendly and caring environment. If you want to be on the ice, there is no other place to be in San Diego!

I just wanted to “Thank You” on behalf of our team, parents and the Los Angeles Jr Kings for our participation in your Labor Day tournament. The weather was beautiful all weekend as always in San Diego. Your tournament was well managed with games on played on time and our team had a lot of fun! The rinks were great and staff was well informed. We appreciate all the hard work that you and your staff put into this event and look forward to playing this tournament in the future. thanks to Craig and the SDIA Oilers for hosting such a great Mite B Division at the Fun in the Sun Tournament this Labor Day! We were apprehensive coming so far (Santa Rosa) and hoping for true "Mite B" competition, and we are so glad we made the trip. The tourney was well run and both facilities top notch. We want to come back to SDIA again!
