Session Descriptions
During the day we have Family Sessions: Great skating for the whole family...
- Expect young children and parents at the rink.

As the sun goes down the teens come out and we see more teens in the early evening, expect faster paced skating.

Night Sessions, Nights are fun at Horton Square. This session attracts adults willing to give ice skating a try and skate to fun music.

Group Information
A group of 10 or more:
$10 per person that includes rental skates.
Reservation only guarantees rate, not skates
based on that days demand.

Please specify what date and time, and approximately how many people there are for your group. Also, leave your name and phone number and best time for our representative to call you back. You only have a valid reservation if you receive a reservation number.

Dates we cannot reserve groups:

• Fridays and Saturdays on the 5:30pm and 8:00pm sessions.
• Thanksgiving Day: The rink is closed.
• All day on December 23rd, and 24th.
• Christmas Eve: The rink closes early at 5:00pm
• Christmas Day: The rink is closed.
• New Year's Eve: The rink closes early at 5:00pm.
• All Day New Year's Day

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased at the ticket window of the Ice Rink.
Available in $10 and $12 denominations.

Special Events!
We have one televised figure skating show every season to mark our tree lighting ceremony. The show is free to watch and is filled with dazzling performances from some of San Diego's best ice skaters and sometimes some stars a little farther from home!

The show will be televised live on NBC in conjunction with New York's Rockefeller Center tree lighting.

Our Mission to Children's Hospital!
The mission is "to work in partnership with Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and to support its mission through: advocating for the health and well-being of children, increasing community awareness of Rady Children's Hospital, and fundraising". Team spirit, camaraderie, and fun can be found throughout the Auxiliary-wide events like Kids' News Day and Fantasy on Ice, "In this fiscal year 2008, as in past years, Fantasy on Ice has helped support many psychosocial programs and services offered through Children's Hematology/Oncology Care Center: the bereavement and Celebration of Life, Child Specialists, social workers, translators, the Registered nurse for the school reintegration programs.

If you receive a ticket upon entering the parking garage, don't forget to validate your ticket at the box office window at the ice rink. With this validation, parking will be a flat rate of $5.

*Horton Parking Lot
Entrances to Wesfield's Horton Plaza Mall Parking Garage:
- 4th and F Street
- 2nd and G Street
- 3rd and G Street

The ice rink is not part of the Horton Plaza Mall. So, unfortunately parking attendants will not accept our validation. If you have one of their tickets, you will need to go to one of the self validation units located at every floor. Validation units are open from 7am to 9pm so make sure you validate before you skate.

Monday thru Saturday:
- Parking meters are free after 6pm.
Sundays
- Parking meters are free all day.

*For other surrounding parking areas
Each parking lot or structure has various rates and charges depending on day and time you want to park there. The easiest structure to park at is the one located beneath the ice rink; $5 for three hours.

Buses:
Drivers can drop off their groups around Broadway Circle; in from of Macy's.
(Closest to the main entrance of the ice rink.)
